Where do we ship?
We ship to the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
To ship to any other country, please contact our sales team via the contact form.
What are our shipping terms and conditions?
For metropolitan France, you can choose from the following shipping methods:
- Home delivery
The package will be shipped to the address given when placing the order. You will be warned by email 24 hours prior to the expected delivery date. If you are absent on the delivery day, a non-delivery notice will be left in your letter box should it be too small to contain your package. Your package will then be available for collection at your local Post Office for 10 working days.
- Pick-up & Go delivery
Shipping to a So Colissimo Pick-up & Go location enables you to choose from one of the shops close to your home, workplace or holiday spot. You will receive an email and text message informing you of the package’s arrival at the shop. You will then have 10 working days to collect it. Past this deadline, the package will be returned to Mât de Misaine.
- Delivery to your Post Office
We offer to deliver your package to a Post Office of your choice (without a delivery notice from your postman). You will be informed that your package is available by text message and email. You will then have 10 working days to collect it. Past this deadline, the package will be returned to Mât de Misaine.
- Delivery to a Mât de Misaine store
You can have your package delivered to one of the Mât de Misaine stores which provide this service.
You will be informed by email when your package is available. You will then have 10 days to collect it.
When you come to the store, you will be able to try on your item. To collect your item, you will need to provide a valid identity card and sign a copy of the delivery slip. A third party can collect your package if they present a photocopy of your identity card and a signed document stating that you authorise them to collect the package.
To obtain your invoice, simply sign in to your client account on our website with your usual login.
- International shipping
For international shipping, we use Colissimo Expert International shipping. The package will be shipped to the address given when placing the order. You will be informed of the delivery day and given a one-hour delivery time slot. Should any unforeseen event occur, you can reschedule.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping within France:
- Home delivery (So Colissimo): € 6.90 VAT Incl.
- Pick-up & Go delivery (So Colissimo) : € 6.90 VAT Incl.
- Delivery to your Post Office (So Colissimo) : € 6.90 VAT Incl.
- Delivery to a Mât de Misaine store : Free
For international shipping (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and Switzerland):
- Colissimo Expert International delivery: € 12.00 VAT INCL.
How soon can we deliver?
Delivery time depends on the order preparation time, the chosen delivery method and postal delays.
All orders placed before 12 am will be shipped the same day, except for orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, which will be shipped on the following Monday. Similarly, orders placed on bank holidays will be shipped on the following working day.

- France :
So Colissimo: Within 48 hours (once our customer service has shipped your package)
- Delivery to a Mât de Misaine store : 24 to 72 hours (once our customer service has validated your order)
- International : 3 to 5 working days
How can I modify the shipping address?
- From your client account
To modify your shipping address, connect to your client account with your usual login. Once connected, go to the “my addresses” section. You will see the current shipping address. To erase it, click on “delete”. To modify it, click on “Update” and modify the information in the form. To add a new shipping address, click on “Add a new address” and fill in the form. Remember to give the address a different name from the current address.
- When placing your order
After confirming your order summary and connecting to your client account, you will be able to modify the shipping address you entered when you opened your account. To do this, click on the “Update” link in the “Your shipping address” box. You can also modify your billing address in the dedicated box. Finally, you can add a new shipping address by clicking on “add a new address”. Once you’ve chosen your delivery method, you will no longer be able modify your shipping address for this order.
What can I do if there is a problem with the delivery?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order reference number. You can track your order from your client account in the “Order history and details”. To display your order details, click on the corresponding order reference number.
